The candidate must be a creative thinker with a strong visual sense and the ability to transform concepts into compelling designs. He/She should have hands-on experience in both digital and print media and a deep understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proven portfolio demonstrating design skills across various domains

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, and other collaborative design tools
• Strong command over color theory, typography, and layout principles
• Ability to create graphics for social media, websites, banners, packaging, and branding
• Experience in vector illustration, photo editing, and logo design
• Understanding of design trends, UI/UX principles, and responsive design
• Basic video editing skills

Good to have:

• Experience with motion graphics, 3D design, or product packaging
• Understanding of printing processes, CMYK vs. RGB, and file export standards
• Experience in designing for mobile apps, web interfaces, or presentations (PPTs)
• Familiarity with branding guidelines, visual storytelling, and marketing communication

• Design visual content for digital and print platforms aligned with brand identity
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand creative requirements
• Develop creative assets for ads, social media campaigns, product designs, and presentations
• Contribute to brand building, visual storytelling, and creating design templates
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and high quality in every design deliverable
